I finally got around to trying to install mine yesterday on my 2025 Ranger Raptor (April 2025 production) and I agree that the QA is generally lacking. Both of my side rails came with numerous scratches on the top visible surfaces, misaligned seal along the sides of the rails, really rough cuts...
My new one was 63k out the door with taxes and registration. That's with 10% sales tax as well! I had seen one or two used 2024s in my area, but they were almost the exact same cost as a brand new one.

I used a 13" 3/8 breaker bar with a size 40 Torx Plus bit. You can use a normal T40...
So I'm having trouble taking off the factory tie downs, since I have a spray in bed liner. Before I accidentally strip them out, do I use a T50 or an M8 Allen for those? Also, any tips for breaking them loose with factory bed liner sprayed on and in them?
I would be interested in a mount for a removable step, that can be used to get into the bed with the tailgate down from the side. Oh and you'd probably need to develop the step as well. ?
Since you've started offering products for the Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor, I was wondering if you had code orange available as a color, for small pieces.
