I just tried Ford Chat as well. Seems quite a few folks got scheduled this week so I thought I’d check. No love! This is what they said:

You have to allow the site to use your location. I struggled with this for quite some time until someone on this forum educated me. Good luck!

I ordered mine on November 10. Received this same email. Ford Chat told me my Lariat was unscheduled clean and approved for production (whatever that means!). Guess I’ll just continue to wait and live vicariously through those that have scheduled build dates!

Same here. Latest update was Unscheduled/Clean. They said it was approved for production. Whatever that means!

My Lariat’s status, according to Ford Chat, is Unscheduled/Clean and has been approved to move to production. Hopefully I’ll get a build date and VIN after the holiday shutdown!

Is this an actual chat function or the “chat” is a phone call? When I open Ford Chat, I only see an explanation with a phone number, so I’m assuming the “chat” is telephonic as opposed to texting?

Lariat 4x4, Iconic Silver. Advanced tow package, spray-in bedliner, keyless entry pad, running boards. Order on 10 November and as of yesterday, no scheduled date yet.

No love for me yet either. I just called Ford Chat and mine isn’t scheduled yet either. She told me they are scheduling seven days a week now, so hopefully soon!

I’m hoping that once they actually start to schedule, they’ll be able to ramp up to normal production and start getting some trucks out the door! But I’m the eternal optimist ?

I suppose priority is relative. If they’re not building any trucks, then a priority 3 is the same as a priority 19!

Can’t do anything but shake your head I suppose. I get that they had to complete the 23 orders and then they had to deal with the strike, but how hard is it to generate a blast email stating they have t forgotten about you or your order.

Wholeheartedly agree. It’s bad enough when someone you know ghosts you. It’s another thing entirely when you’ve committed tens of thousands of dollars to a faceless corporation and they feel ok ghosting you!
