The dearer confirmed the correct Ford part # is M-1012-BR. Not sure if that is the same thing as the Gorilla 41138FSBCs.

Do you have those 41138FSBC lug nuts on a similar wheel on your Ranger?

Painting your lug nuts is also a personal question. Beside if you use the wrong brush it probably tickles.
