Can you lock your key fob in the truck and unlock it with the keypad? I would like to leave the keys in the truck and lock it, but I know some of my Mopar vehicles didn't allow it to lock if they are inside.
For anyone that is interested, I am taking off a set of Raptor running boards that I will have for sale. My Rocky Road rock rails that I ordered should be here soon.
I used aftermarket ones, but Discount Tire was unable to program them for me. I believe mine were TMAX, but I just need to get to someone with their programmer.
The ReadyLIFT bars are available on amazon and eBay, I got mine on amazon for $138.85. I am a do-it-yourself guy too, actually have a lift in my garage, but the suspension on these is different than the Jeeps I have had for decades. Definitely need a front end alignment when it is done, but...
So I had a local shop that has done a lot of Jeep work, but only a few Broncos, and he was going to do the install but backed out. I ended up driving to Vegas and having Robby install the lift for me so I knew it was done right. I did the same 2:1 lift you are discussing. Can't say enough good...
Please don't quote me on this, but as I recall, they fixed this with the '26 models. I believe that is why many of the tonneau covers had to be remade specifically for the '26 (i.e. the '24-'25 tonneau covers don't fit them). You may want to make certain the topper is also redesigned for a '26...
@PCDan1, I used the FordRangerLifts.com 2"/1" Kit from Robby Woolworth, put on AMP 12.50x35 R/T Tires (a true 34.8"), and wheeled this in Silverton for a week. I never had a rub and didn't do any trimming. I replaced the stock crash bars with the ReadyLift Anti Intrusion bars, and even added the...
I also did a lift and 35s on my Ranger Raptor and just returned from a week of off-roading in Silverton. I did the 2/1 FordRangerLifts.com lift, 17 x 8.5 Method 703 Beadgrip Wheels, and AMP 35x12.50R17 Terrain Attack R/T tires. I also added the Ford Performance splash guards and the ReadyLIFT...
Ford won't ship to AZ (or OK) because of some law that they can't sell direct to the consumer. Can't use the code at my local Ford dealer so screws me on a tonneau cover.
@Sauce, I just got the same AAL paned and intended to mount my ARB Dual Compressor in the exact same location. My issue was trying to get the bolts out where the AAL panel mounts to. As careful as I was, the Torx bolt stripped on one of the bolts. I have another that is about to strip and is...
I will be taking a trip in the near future and will be trailering my '26 Ranger Raptor behind my RV. I have had Jeeps for the past decade (or more) and when towing we just strapped to the axles. Of course I can do that with the rear, but what are people using in the front of the Ranger Raptors...
Another key part of this is where you live and what kind of terrain you off-road in most of the time. I live in the Southwest where we have a lot of rock trails, and clearance is the issue. I have had Jeeps on 37s and 38s for over a decade, my last one a 392 Wrangler, and I now own a '26 RR. I...
@freakshow999 Which folding & locking tonneau cover did you get for your '26 RR? I am at that point now as I got my tires and wheels sorted out. Will put the 2"/1" lift on this week, but the 35s fit with the high clearance crash bars.
