If anyone interested I did managed to disable speed limit warning, TSR, on 2024 RR EU.
IPMA :
706-05-01 1C0C 0000 → 1C00 0000
706-37-01: 0800 → 0000
706-37-02: 00F8 → 0000
These changes also disable Driver Alert.
You can enable them from Sync 4 if you wish, but when you start your engine these...

In Ranger Raptor 2024 EU it’s working.
To my all European friends only way to disable speed limit warning and lane keep/center assist is to cover the mirror windshield camera, but you will get an error that the camera is dirty and you need to clean it and after you will have an orange icon in the left of rpm. ??
