  1. Another Sub woofer & Amp Installation

The link to Sounds Good Stereo in the original post to the harness & Keylok takes me to a 404 error page, as of 6/10/2025, 2:50pm CST. Is this the same setup? Factory Connection Harness to add a new Subwoofer Amplifier while retaining factory B&O including Unleashed
  2. Engineer Pass in the Ranger Raptor

Awesome! We're headed to that part of CO in a couple weeks. I'd like to do Engineer Pass (being an engineer, and all), but this is my first truck and first vehicle capable of anything offroad. Not sure something like that is a good intro. I'd feel more confident if I had some more...
  3. Toughbed Spray In Liner Question

I cut the toughbed around the edges of the plugs once I learned they were removable plastic and drilled holes in them for the drain tubes from my retractable tonneau cover. That white thing made it difficult to run the drain tubes out without removing the plastic plugs. Once I removed the...
  4. Mirror tap and Fuse tap for Detector or Dash Cam?

This thread was incredibly helpful. Thanks, everyone. I do have a little more gap between the headliner and the mirror panel than I did when I first took it off. I felt around for any clips that weren't engaged, and I think all of them are. Most people probably wouldn't see it, but since I...
  5. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

I’ve got it positioned and clamped down, but I’m having a lot of difficulty getting the drain tubes to fit into the holes in the bed walls. Wondering if I should look for some replacement tubing. Upon more RTFM, it appears that you can route the rear drain tubes along the edge of the tailgate...
  6. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

This wasn’t for the main tonneau cover shipment, it was a small box with new hardwear. Here’s the box: Not that it matters. Just posting so other folks are aware, if they request updated hardware, they may have to pay the shipping company.
  7. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Wow. After contacting Flowkottu, they shipped me new brackets via UPS. UPS guy shows up at the house demanding $28 via check or money order payable to UPS or he won't leave the shipment. Sure hope these brackets fit. Apparently, this is due to the new tariffs against China.
  8. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

@RangerDangerStranger how did you contact them? I’ve had no response on Amazon so far.
  9. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Thanks for your help. I requested the other brackets through Amazon. We'll see what happens. I guess I need to take the thing off my truck if I want to drive it. Ugh...
  10. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Did you guys use the thick “waterproof sponge” or 2 layers of the thin along the top of the bed at the cab? The thick one seems like it might be too thick. The 2 thin ones look too thin. Seems like it might need 3 layers of the thin… Just picked the thick one. Crossing my fingers.
  11. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Do these brackets look right? Edit: After attaching these to the bracket bolts that are in the t-track on the underside, it's clear that the bolts with the knobs and feet on them are nowhere near long enough to reach the inside sides of the bed. The brackets don't seem to fit very well.
  12. Sneak peek of the new mount from Tackform

Thanks. That makes sense. If I'm starting fresh and have nothing that would attach to either style, which is better and why?
  13. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Thanks, guys. Being a new truck owner, I looked at those plugs and just saw that they were covered with bedliner and didn't realize they're not really a permanent part of the bed.
  14. Sneak peek of the new mount from Tackform

Those look awesome. Why would you pick one over the other?
  15. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Flowkottu arrived. Step 2 in installation is to drill a 20mm hole in the front of the bed. Yikes! Didn't have that in mind. It's for drainage from the canister. Tough to want to drill into a brand new truck. Just gotta get over it, I guess.
  16. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Pulled the trigger last night on the Flowkottu. Should be delivered before the weekend.
  17. Flowkottu on Amazon Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover

Are the locks the same on the Willmoso and the Flowkottu? The Willmoso on Ebay shows it's a combination lock. Flowkottu doesn't show lock detail on Amazon. Edit: Videos on Youtube show a key on the Flowkottu.
  18. 11,670 feet Guanella Pass Road Trip in 2.7L Lariat Fx4 - It’s Zippy!

Any suggestions for roads like this in SW Colorado? Heading to Durango/Ouray/Pagosa Springs this summer, but have never been there. I'd like to do some mountain roads w/ the RR and the family.
  19. Bed tie down hoops

As a new truck owner, I'm just learning about these things... Should I get flat washers and split lock washers to go between the flat washer and an eye bolt, or is it ok with just the eye bolts and no washers?
