Install completed today by my local Ford Performance shop...$96 and they registered the warranty. Immediately noticed improvement in shifting and appears my mileage has improved (time will tell). Butt dyno approved. Very happy indeed.

Ok, thanks for all the advice. I have the tuner in hand, updated it via my PC and the software, married it to my truck, backed up the stock calibration file onto the unit, connected to the server and verified the VIN and allowed it to backup the stock cal and download the procal file. I'm at...

Yeah, I know it isn’t always meant as criticism and respect others bringing their input into the discussion. I wasn’t just referring to this thread but what I’ve seen on other forums and online in general…this topic of DIY vs dealer seems to always bring out strong opinions.
