No I wouldn't say its binding and I'm on dry pavement. Normally I don't even need to apply any gas to reverse park, but I'm really having to gas it which is alittle sketchy backing in my garage.

Only when I'm in 4H and in reverse, specifically when the wheels are turned, I feel as if the brakes are being applied. When I apply more gas, it really feels like it's fighting the brakes and spins a little. Only when I straighten the wheel, I don't need to apply any gas to go in reverse...
