I already have a Viofo hardwired but I kind of want to get this one just to replace the flimsy soft plastic cover. Does the cover feel more robust than stock?

There was a rubber strap on the cover that connects to the windshield somehow, but I know that wont fix the problem as the clips don't stay put. I need to see if mine is even damaged before replacing. I think that's just the flimsy nature of it (especially with this heat).

I had my windshield replaced after only 500 miles on the truck. Went to a local to get it replaced for half the cost. The windshield is Pilkington and no calibration was done. I have no CEL or any problems with the cameras/sensors. Maybe they had accidently disconnected a sensor while replacing?

No I wouldn't say its binding and I'm on dry pavement. Normally I don't even need to apply any gas to reverse park, but I'm really having to gas it which is alittle sketchy backing in my garage.

Only when I'm in 4H and in reverse, specifically when the wheels are turned, I feel as if the brakes are being applied. When I apply more gas, it really feels like it's fighting the brakes and spins a little. Only when I straighten the wheel, I don't need to apply any gas to go in reverse...
