Yup. The slightest amount of water on the road and the sides are covered, to the point where it looks like I actually used the truck offroad, but really just navigated the Target parking lot
This is the route I'm planning to go. Their newsletter today says availability in Q1:
Among other things, you can anticipate a Q1 release of the following: 2nd Gen Colorado/Canyon Bedside Racks, 2024+ Ranger Bedside Racks, 2024+ Tacoma Bedside Racks and 2024+ HD GM Dash Mount
Looks awesome! Any chance you can post a pic with it in the folded position? Really close to pulling the trigger on this. Super clean looking install. How long did it take you?
Great choice. I have Xpel PPF and their fusion plus ceramic on my Porsche 718 and it's been a great product so far. Very high gloss and easy to keep looking that way. I use their ceramic boost spray after every other wash and it looks amazing.
So I went through this thread and am still confused on what the options are for a black lug nut that matches exactly the OEM strength based on your input here.
People are commenting that they have a solution and it fits fine, works great, etc., but that's not the same thing (per your post) as...
Was wondering the same thing. Have not seen it on their site. They do have the impactliner for the bed itself, but not the tailgate liner.

Thanks for asking. The dealer ended up repainting the entire door, or most of it at least, it wasn't 100% clear what exactly they did. In the process, it sounds like a piece of trim broke that was removed in prep for the paint. This led to a multiweek backorder to get the new trim piece. At this...
I'm getting mine completely covered in PPF next week. They of course do a mild paint correction beforehand. I've done partial PPF on my last three vehicles and generally been happy wit the decision. My area does tar-and-chip on the roads in summer, which will ruin your paint quickly. For the RR...
LOL. Love getting both sides of the argument here and really appreciate everyone’s input. It’s boiling down to “what will my OCD tolerate”.
I’m going talk to them tomorrow and see if I can use the last day of the year to accept the truck as-is in exchange for additional discount.
Sounds like they are going to do a respray. They don’t even have everything they need to proceed at this point. No idea how long this is going to take. I indicated my preference for them to just touch it up but I don’t know that I have any influence at this point since it’s between Ford and the...
Thanks, I understand the part about traction control. I'm asking what's the best config for the conditions in his video. Are you saying it doesn't matter as long as you disable traction control? Because, you also mentioned the front diff locker in your earlier response.
So, I'm asking the...
Thanks all, for the replies. Should be a few more days until I hear something. They didn’t tell me (and I didn’t ask at the time) how they were going to address it. I’ll take a close look when they’re done and see how it turns out either way.
based on all the input here, I at least know what...
Yeah, I'm a little concerned on the tri-coat. Fortunately it's a small spot and I might not have noticed if it hadn't been circled in red grease pen lol. They tell me it's a week to get through their body shop right now and I've not signed anything, so we'll see how it comes out. So far, these...
Hi folks, just joined the group here and for my first post: a question about pre-delivery paint chips.
I test drove a new '24 RR in Azure Gray tri-coat yesterday. Love the truck and would like to buy it. Unfortunately, I found a few issues on it when examining it after the drive. The seemingly...
