I installed the same two listed above by @Daweism. They fit perfect and they can catch/contain any leaks or spills. Easy to clean out using a leaf blower.

It looks like the clips that secure the piece are just out of place. I would try pushing it upwards and tapping it in with the side of my fist to snap it back into place. It shouldn't be a big deal unless the clips are broken.

I have to press unlock twice and the start button twice and it starts every time. If I hit unlock only once and then the start button twice on the remote, it will not start. The Ford Pass app works perfect always.
