Looks great! Will these fit a 2024 XLT FX4? Also, it mentions you may need to grind the lug studs if they are longer than the thickness of the spacer. Did you have to do that?

The fumoto valve is a great idea. I have the Rival skid plate that has a little cutout for the drain plug, so if I can direct the oil with a hose, I won't need to remove the whole plate!
I didn't take a picture of the washer, unfortunately. It looked ok to reuse, but I'll probably change it out...
Update:
I got the oil change done last weekend.
It was pretty easy for the most part, had to remove the engine shield at the bottom to access the drain plug. The filter was a little bit of a pain to access, but with a filter wrench, I was able to get it loosened. I hand tightened the new one...
Great, thanks for the response. Will try it over the weekend. Were you able to lift out the filter once you unscrewed it? Is there enough room?
I may also have to try to get a filter wrench in there the first time, because it feels very tight!

Hi,
I'm planning to do an oil change on my truck next weekend. I want to switch to synthetic, so I figured I'd do it myself. I looked at the engine bay last weekend, and the filter is in a pretty inconvenient place, but it looks like I can reach it with my right hand, after some maneuvering...
Great! Thanks for the replies! Will look into these!
Is it better to do the front leveling as well at the same time? Is this something that needs to be done by a mechanic? Or can I attempt DIY?
Hi All,
I tried looking up any existing threads for wheel spacers, but couldn't find any.
I'm thinking of adding wheel spacers to move the stock wheels out a little to make the stance a little wider and more rugged.
Anyone done this? Can you share the brand of spacers you used and before and...
Yes, there is a very good post on here about installing a TBC on a 24+ ranger with the factory tow package. I did it and the instructions were flawless. Make sure you buy the TBC and harness recommended in there.
wires for trailer brake controller '24 Ranger?

These storage cubbies used to annoy me because they had no ledge, and items used to fall out. I had some foam insulation with adhesive on one side. I cut it to size and cleaned the edge and attached it to the edge.
Super functional now, holds my coins and gum packets without falling out!

Amber! I love mine, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them!
You can also change a setting with Forscan to have them come on with the DRLs so that they’re on all day as well.
Good luck!

The 8 inch and 12 inch are the driver displays (instrument console). The 10 inch and 12 inch are the center stack displays. The 12 inch driver display is in the lariat and raptor. The 8 inch in the XLT is only the screen in the middle. The two gauges on either side are not part of the digital...
Hi,
I'm looking for a chase bar or roll bar for my 2024 XLT FX4. Anyone installed one that works with a folding tonneau cover? I have a low profile 4 fold hard cover. I'd like to install an LED lightbar on it eventually as well.
Any suggestions appreciated!
Thanks.

Has anyone tried this? Does it hold up?
I want to prevent spills, sweat etc soaking into the cloth seats. I tried a couple of seat covers from Amazon and EBay, but they slide around too much and get wrinkled and look crappy after a few days. So I'm wondering if Scotchgard spray will be better...
I have not tested it with a trailer with electric brakes yet. From what I understand, once I connect a trailer with electric brakes, the blue light will be on and steady, detecting the brakes. Will try this as soon as I can find a trailer with electric brakes. Any volunteers in the Houston/Sugar...
Thanks to Alex and Chris for installing this. They needed to test their radiator skid plate on a non-raptor ranger with FX4 package, and I had just the truck for them! :)
They installed their aluminum engine guard on my truck for helping them with their test. Very beefy, looks and feels much...
