No, they don't. The program you're thinking of (FDRS?) doesn't do that. It'll count key cycles but flashing a Procal does the same thing to the cycles so it's really a wash.

Just remove the tune if you go in to the dealer. That's what the 3 dealerships I'm tuning for right now told me to do.

Yes this is normal for the stock shift schedule. We can fix this with pro tuning, and make +100whp over stock. That's about 50hp over the procal

I ship COBB to CA. You'll make more power that the Procal, and can always remove it if you ever need to go in for service/dealer work.

The 'break in power increase' likely came from the truck learning up the octane modifier. These trucks will start off low, and increase power/boost/load/torque/etc as the modifier increases. They may have also had sub par fuel in the tank on the Initial Test.

I've ran E85 on my raptors for years. The stock fuel system can run up to 50% with a tune.

Yes, but the truck will limit torque if you do that and you'll be down on power. I wouldn't' recommend doing that. Shutters are ok
