I also have the goodyear ones, I do really like the, however, the fronts are great, both rears the adhesive failed within a week and i almost lost the right rear one.

I have the goodyear in channel ones, I dont notice any added noise. I have them so I can have the windows cracked for the dog in the backseat while driving in the rain. The rear ones the tape did fail right off the bat and I had to redo them, but the fronts have held on no problem.

Hmm, they do have a steep driveway as well, I assumed it was the white line cause it seemed to trigger right at that point. I'll have to experiment Thursday and see if I can try to angle the truck to get it to not do it, instead of straight out. Thank you for that info.
