I drove 3 hours to Oklahoma City to get one in shelter green at MSRP. Dealers in my area either didn’t have the color, told me “I can sell this for 15k over MSRP all day long” - bratty “sales manager” son of the dealership owner of Grapevine Ford.
If it ain’t in your area, look a ways out and...
I bought shelter green, but I would have preferred a more true green like a Hunter or British racing green.
or boxwood to match my f100, but that wouldn’t ever be popular
2025 RR with 7300miles, and As the title says, I have a slight squealing sound when I tap the gas. It’s very faint when cold, and gets a bit louder when warm. Almost sounds like a belt squeal, but will happen even with a slight tap that doesn’t rev the motor at all. Maybe the throttle...
If anyone else starts getting the chirping sound when the hit and left off the brakes the first few times after each start, let me know. Since the update a few of us have this issue and ford dealers are refusing to acknowledge it
Yeah, after the update I get a chirp behind the dash from the brake booster the first few times I let off the pedal, moving or stationary. A couple others on here have the same issue, and the ford dealers are not being helpful saying it’s “normal”
Mine was not super helpful when I took it in. They did try. But didn’t even see any tech bulletins or any other reports of it. Then again they also tried and failed at fixing a simple door rattle so it may just be a them problem
Mine is doing the same thing and the dealer couldn’t figure it out. At first they said they couldn’t hear it, then when they could hear it, they only said “there are no codes and the brakes are functioning normally”
I fell like with how much we paid for these we shouldn’t just have to...
Mine is doing the exact same thing since the brake recal update and the dealer said they couldn’t hear it, then they could hear it, and that it was “normal” and couldn’t do anything about it.
It sounds to me like it’s coming from. The brake booster.
With the engine off, or on, before you...
No change in feel, just the two quick chirps the first few times you tap it. You don’t even have to press down, just enough to engage it and about 1 second after you let off completely, two quick chirps. I thought it may be in the cab, but you can hear it’s coming from the brake booster area...
Since the recall update, My brake booster hes started making two quick chirping sounds the first few presses and depresses after a start/power up
anyone else hearing this?
As the title says, my RR has started making two quick chirps when taking off from a stop. It sounds drivers side, almost in the cab behind the dash. It’s like a few short, cricket. It does this for the first 5-10 takes offs per drive and then stops until it sits.
Between this and the door...
