I bought a maintenance package from my local Ford Dealer where I got my truck. $1295 one time fee for lifetime oil changes and tire rotations every 5k miles, plus an annual full wash/wax detail. It also includes some sort of engine guarantee. There a few other perks as well....roadside...
Interesting!
I had an ARE topper on my 2022 Ranger and I loved the functionality of it. However, my softball playing oldest daughter is about to start college and my coaching days are over....so I don't need the storage for softball gear anymore...however, I'd still like the topper for...
I've put 2,000 miles on my 2025 (trips to PA, SC and leaving for GA tomorrow) in about 2 weeks and I'm seeing very similar numbers. I had a 2022 before this one and the 6g is definitely a bit friendlier on gas, not a ton, but I'm seeing about 2 more mpg all around...and my 22 had the slight...
Had the valve body and torque converter replaced under the TSB for the 10r80 at around 30K miles. Then the CDF drum was replaced seperately...step 2 of the same TSB. It ran ok, still didn't love the trans itself, then the issues popped back up about 30k miles later. Dealer said the codes...
I had a 2022 Ranger Screw with the ARE CX Evolve topper. Loved it.
The sales guy I used when I bought my 25 Ranger called his accessories guy, who said he had just tried to swap one and it didn't quite fit.
Not necessarily trusting that, I called the ARE dealer where I got the top from and...
My driveway is asphalt millings....mostly solid but lots of stones. Hearing that ting ting sound on my new truck makes me wanna cry! haha.
I'm on the Rokblokz "waiting list" and just ordered some Husky liners...not cheap, but not crazy expensive. They'll be better than what I have now!
I just got a 2025 XLT FX4 for $39,700. MSRP was $43-something I think.
They gave me $27k on my 2022 4x4 Lariat with 67k miles. I thought that was decent. It needed tires, brakes, and I owed $200 for the transmission deductible (it was being replaced) and the oil change/tire rotation I had done...
Found this thread looking for the same pic....lol.
Just bought a black 2025. Previously owned a 2022 with a cap and LOVED it. I want another one for this truck but don't NEED it right now. I didn't plan on the expense of upgrading to the 2025 to begin with...plus I have a couple of summer...
Nope. Not suggesting that at all. Speaking of inability to grasp something.....lol.
I'm just saying if you're going to compare the cost to buy them (flat or molded) to making your own (for 1/3 of the price), then they're ALL overpriced. At the end of the day, it's about keeping mud off, right...
I'm a Ford + Honda guy. Can't beat a Honda, but the Ridgelines are disgusting and I wanted a 4x4 truck.....so here I am.
First car was an 87 Ranger (used).
85 Honda CRX (used), bought it for $500 bucks, got it painted.....mechanic went through it....drunk driver pulled out in front of me in a...
I just bought one under employee pricing. I asked about ordering one and was told the sale/delivery had to occur during the specific window...which ends soon. But then Ford's website indicates you can order during the time frame. Might be able to cancel and reorder for the savings?
Well compared to making them, they're all a ripoff. When I got mine a few years ago, they were about the same price as most others...had more coverage area...easy to install and kept my driveway stones off of my truck.
