That looks great! Much needed for these trucks! I am strongly considering the same lift and tire size for my FX4. I drive many miles per year, so my hesitation is how much will the reduction in fuel economy equate to... Be curious if / when you have some feedback on that.
I have been searching around and was only able to find feedback from a couple people on the Timbrens. Looking to add them to my 25 FX4. Are they worth it? Does it really kill the ride quality? I have used them on full size trucks in the past and benefited without ride sacrifice. Thanks...
I took my truck in for the recalls and warranty needs, I brought up to the dealership the transmission concern. Per Ford technical department, what we are all experiencing is "normal" for these transmissions. See the attached doc from Ford.
Looking for recommendations on "high performance" air filters for the stock air box. I really don't want to purchase a CAI... Looking for a great quality and higher flowing filter compared to oem. Thanks!
My 2025 occasionally will make a bang noise and slightly jerk when I start the truck. It will also do the same if I go into neutral occasionally as well. Anyone experience this? Am I the next victim of the evil transmission issues…. Currently have 20k miles. Thanks all.
I used Permatex on all the holes and that works well. I learned over the winter, there are some gapping holes along the side of the bed on both sides upfront. My next project trying to get in there to seal them too. My bigger frustration is the tailgate area…
I’d would appreciate the opportunity to test # 2 and # 6 on my 25 Ranger. My spray in bedliner is slippery and I’m constantly chasing my tools boxes. Be great to find a bed mat that works.
Love the Tackform setup in my 25. Easy installation, well built, great mount options. I have GMRS, aux switch, go pro, and MagSafe charger phone mounts.
I use every type of professional carwash regularly. No issues at all. I did not have any issues with my antenna either, but I did go to the Stubby antenna recently (just because I wanted too. LOL).
Thank you! I failed to mention I have a piece of 3/4” and 1/4” square aluminum too to consider trying. I went to Lowe’s and bought anything that I felt may make sense to fill in the area. Lol.
Looking for inspiration on ways to fill the height gap on the bulkhead on my bed. My cap is ready to go on but I have the Ranger 1” gap. Currently I have a piece of angle aluminum I’m considering on using, but that won’t really hold water out unless I get creative with sealant. Thanks all!
@ossjughead215 You are looking for recommendations on maximum tire size (18" OEM rim) that fits on your stock height, correct? I ask because the responses have been around going with a leveling kit first, so want to help clarify for the group.
