This is a very American question.
As far as location goes, my only thought is behind the back seat, which you mentioned isn't accessible right now. How about a sealed locking case bolted into the side of the bed?
I don't keep firearms in my vehicles, I just transport them and take them out...
Thanks all. Sounds like it might be worth getting a camera calibration when you take it in for the alignment after lifting it.
It makes sense that it affects calibration when I think about it. The back end is staying where it is, then lifting the front about 3 inches changes the angles a bit...
Anybody noticed any problems with the 360 camera after leveling their Ranger? Just a thought I had and figured I'd ask.
I was thinking it might affect the calibration or throw off those yellow guidelines.
I have a baby seat on one side. Not sure if you've dealt with those before, but they can be a pain the ass to take in and out. I'd still like to fold up the bench on the other 2 seats.
Alternative backup camera by the third brake light that the truck automatically uses when the tailgate is down.
Also 60/40 split rear seat. I have a baby seat back there but still want to fold the bench.
Was shoveling my driveway, told my wife I'm moving the truck to the other side, see you in 20 minutes. She just laughed.
This thing loves the snow. Does nice donuts too.
Well now you've got me wanting to test it further. Maybe I'm wrong about mine too. Lol
My front passenger door is misaligned. It is very rough opening and closing. I think it drops down a few mm's when it comes off the latch, and my driver side door has a gap bigger then the rest. I have an...
I've got an XLT. Off the top of my head I've got normal, Evo, sport, mud and ruts, slippery and sand. I turn the drive mode selector counter clockwise as normal seems to be the top of the list. Give it a try on the lariats you picked up.
flip the ranger into sport mode and compare that. I can't find any official documentation, but I swear the exhaust note on the Ranger gets more throaty when you switch it to sport.
Hey, so mine does the same thing. Try cracking a window, or closing it with another door open. I found that it's not actually a latching issue, for me it was just pressure in the cab. If it closes with normal pressure with another door open, then you know it's just air pressure.
Not a huge deal, I just think the truck would look better without them. There's two screws on the bottom of the bumper, but it still feels like it's attached. Didn't want to keep prying on them so I figured I'd ask.
If you have a newer chamberlain, you can go into options on the control unit, select "enable lock" or something like that, and hit ok. If you try to use a remote, the light will just blink. Keypads will still work and the button will still work. We set this every night at the same time as we put...
Nice! I took mine home this morning too. Though I think I might have a slight assignment issue on the passenger front door. Seems to do a little wobble when I open it. It's pretty slight though.
You can check it here. https://www.ford.com/myaccount/check-order-status
You'll need your order number, and the VIN number of the truck. Your dealer should be able to get you both. I think they had that info pretty quick after I ordered.
Nobody reached out to me though, I had to call/text...
Yeah I'm not sure how accurate the dates are. I just checked Google maps and it looks like I'm only 3.5 hours drive from Dearborn. I honestly didn't realize it was that close. Lol
I caved back in August and went with the Fx4. Got my window sticker today. So, Murphey's law would say that you have a much better chance getting your Tremor due to my impatience. lol. Goodluck.
