  1. Paint match for bumper

Oh shoot gotcha, I misread what you were after.
  2. Powered sub install on 2026

I’d call/email Sounds Good Stereo. Great guys! I bet they’ve got something for the non B&O’s or can point you in the right direction or even fabricate something. It’d be worth talking to them about what you’re going after. Good jump off point.
  3. Paint match for bumper

This is what I used. To me it’s a nearly PERFECT match to the gray bumper & trim. Yes the can says black but it’s in the way that the textured variety lays. And the textured isn’t much. You feel it more than you see it. I also did the skid plate in this as well. 6 months later and still looks...
  4. Paint code for the thin silver strip running under the front bumper

I’ve found this to be a nearly PERFECT match to the dark gray RR bumper & trim. Went from that horrible silver to color matched gray. Yes the can says black, but it has something to do with the way it lays with the textured variety. And by textured it isn’t very much. You don’t really see the...
  5. AAL - bed spacers - kind of disappointed

Quick question but you wouldn’t happen to have a 2026 model would you? I know Ford changed the rail caps on the 26’s (thinner I believe). If that’s not it then they shouldn’t be like that, they should be flush. Maybe give AAL a call or email with your pics. Sorry for the poor fitment. For...
  6. Sound deadener inside tailgate?

Yeah I couldn’t help myself either and did the tailgate. Seemed kinda ridiculous at the time and still kinda does, but I had to do it. I love the thud the t/g now makes. Not so Coke can-ish.
  7. Sound deadener inside tailgate?

You’ll really enjoy how the SD’ing quiets down the truck and helps the audio as well. Especially the roof when it’s raining and the doors on the highway. Plus, it gets you up close & personal with the interior of your truck which, to me, seems like a plus should you ever need to fix/maintain/up...
  8. Sound deadener inside tailgate?

I’ve noticed a HUGE difference over my previous F-150 which also had the glass panoramic roof, which I hated. That roof was horrible. That being said I do run my windows dark. 15% on the doors & back glass and 35% on the windshield and it is all ceramic and yes I went back over the rear doors &...
  9. Sound deadener inside tailgate?

I think you hit it in the head. I used about 3 boxes doing the dual layer method on all 5 areas. Seems like 5-6lbs./box is close so I’d back up that 15-20lb. total. And it’s spread out evenly over the whole cab so it’s unnoticeable. Beyond worth the price & time of admission!
  10. Overhead eye glass compartment

You “might” be able to snake SD’er up behind the storage compartment by dropping the o/h console w/o dropping the headliner. ……maybe…..might be worth a cheap, easy, fast shot. Just spit balling.
  11. Overhead eye glass compartment

Time to sound deaden & heat deflect the roof! Did it myself couple months back. Worth its weight in GOLD! Both for sound (roof is beyond tin can-ish) and heat dissipation. Dropping the headliner isn’t as bad as it’s made out to be if you’re careful & methodical (about an hour each way). One of...
  12. Powered sub install on 2026

Sounds Good Stereo has/fabricates everything you/we need for a fairly easy install to gain access into the factory stereo/amp harness without having to hack into it at all. Truly P&P! Tore out the measly B&O sub and went with the Stealthtech box with a 10” Hertz sub, but it’s now powered by a RF...
  13. Roof Antenna Install

It’s thin single layer sheet metal with a couple structural crossover rails. Nothing fancy. Here’s a couple pics for reference rear & forward before SD’ing. If you opt to drop the headliner (really isn’t that difficult, took about an hour each way) then do yourself the bonus of adding sound...
  14. Summer day in the Uintas

I agree. The ARE’s are built like a tank, in Ohio, and my previous one gave me zero issues in 4 years of ownership and that 150 lived outside and here in the PNW. Only time it ever showed water was near the tailgate upper corners after pressure washer style car washes and it wasn’t very much...
  15. Summer day in the Uintas

Nice! I’ll get it! They can get creative on a cash discount or cover the tax. I’ll persuade/charm the hell out of them. Thanks!
  16. Summer day in the Uintas

Man that’s it! I’ve been teeter tottering on canopy brands for months now. I had an A.R.E. on my previous F-150 and loved it. Been seriously considering them again for my RR, but thought something else might be the ticket and thought a change was in order….. Seeing the A.R.E. on yours THAT’s IT...
  17. F150LEDs Ranger Raptor Build Thread

DS with your F-150 led kit in the grill. Me personally I really like the white on white look! Super easy install and given me zero issues in over 9 months.
  18. Crutchfield Mastersheet

Just used your link last night to pull the center console to get behind the charging pad to run/hide a radar detector power cord. Thanks to your posting it’s now 100% hidden and not a thing was broken! Thanks - this is being kept!
  19. Another sound deadening and Focal speakers upgrade

Damn! KILLER setup! You’re a step or 2 beyond what I’ve done. Likewise I 2 layered SD’d all 4 doors and the roof (not as bad as one would think it is), but WHAT a huge gain. Focal’s in the doors, but just the basic plug & play Inside sets for the Fords and swapped the CC for an Infinity 2-way...
  20. Bed cap spacer shims - review & opinion

Sorry they’re already installed. I can tell you the 2 front sets are the same and are thicker than the rear set.
