Well, I went back to the web site to register an account and it tells me an account with my email address already exists. OK, try changing password - site claims it sent a confirmation email to my address. Never received email and not it spam folder. Any ideas?

Not quite sure where to post this question. I set up a login in the Ford app which is working fine. The web site, ford.com doesn't recognize this login. Is there a separate login for the web site?
