You see I thought that too, but after new springs and whatever other 'adjustments' the dealership did the lean is exactly the same to the mm. What are the odds of that? Impossible imo.
I really believe there is more to the story than we think.
I knew I had seen it somewhere. In another thread of the same thing a year and a half ago (which you also replied in, lol) someone attached the spec sheet. side to side lean tolerance is 8MM (about a third of an inch). I don't have an issue with Ford saying its within spec- They agreed at the...
Also, ive seen people discussing the curb weights on different sides, but if that was the case one would think that my 1 inch lean would be more with a full tank and driver- but it is still an inch. The entire ride height goes down a couple of inches, but the lean is always the same amount...
I would almost advise you don't go out and check, lol. Its like one of those Where Is Waldo or Optical Illusion tricks or something- You cant see it until you do and then you can't unsee it.
Yeah its all a bunch of guessing like all threads on this subject. Apparently even Ford couldn't answer it since my truck just spent 3 weeks sitting at a dealership while they tried to sort it out. If it was just a half inch I would probably be fine, but an inch is visible at a passing glance...
I originally thought that it was the gas tank weight or driver or something, but after extensive testing, the lean is always an inch regardless of any other weights. Being loaded down might push the whole frame down an inch or 2 but it happens on both sides. Even after new springs the lean is...
Hey guys, I have a 2025 RR and it leans almost exactly an inch down on the drivers side front and rear.
The dealership has replaced the coilovers (per ford guidance) and then "adjusted" it after the new springs still didn't fix it. No matter what they do the lean is always an inch.... its...
