Hey guys, I have a 2025 RR and it leans almost exactly an inch down on the drivers side front and rear.

The dealership has replaced the coilovers (per ford guidance) and then "adjusted" it after the new springs still didn't fix it. No matter what they do the lean is always an inch.... its almost like its calibrated that way. - new springs, new parts, same exact amount of lean. Fuel empty, full, driver, no driver, the amount of total height changes but the lean is always the same. just over 1 inch.

My dealership is out of ideas. 3 weeks it has spent in the shop now and they just don't get it.

Any suspension gurus out there have any ideas? Could it be a computer problem? Can the computer somehow sense the truck lean and is manually shifting it, but is mis-calibrated or something?

Please help me, my OCD is going crazy!
Thanks!

According to discussion and comments on The Ranger Station website, owners intending to level or alter the ride height have reported up to 1 1/4" lean to the left (driver's side) when measuring before doing so. Ruling out shocks and steering, some conclude the lean is caused by the medium sized truck having the battery, driver, and gas tank on the same side, or, in others words, a weight distribution issue.

its normal. Tons of posts on this already. Ford has a tolerance, and it probably falls from within it. Trucks are mass produced and not all are 100% level for a ton of reasons. I had a 24 RR that was off on the driver side. I worked at a dealership and measured many Rangers and F150 to find over and again that most if not all lean to the driver side. I currently have a 25 FX4 Ranger now that does not, but those are the exception for the most part and very few I seen and measured were spot on.

Wonder if the truck was designed with WD considerations for RHD? Not sure the sales metrics comparison. Seems like ideally in a LHD vehicle you'd put more dead weight on passenger side to level out with average driver.

It's basically a 100% carryover of the Aussie model...makes sense to me.

I originally thought that it was the gas tank weight or driver or something, but after extensive testing, the lean is always an inch regardless of any other weights. Being loaded down might push the whole frame down an inch or 2 but it happens on both sides. Even after new springs the lean is the same. Something is leaning somewhere, the question is what

And regarding the comment of if it is within tolerance- it is not. The tolerance is just under half an inch.

not sure where you got half inch as I seen them as high as an inch and fall within spec.

Nah mate - Aussie here, mine is lower on drivers side (so Right Hand side is lower from driver in seat perspective)

can’t explain it but it seems to be normal for it to lean towards the drivers side no matter the market. I have a few mates who also have RR and theirs is also the same as mine

Yeah its all a bunch of guessing like all threads on this subject. Apparently even Ford couldn't answer it since my truck just spent 3 weeks sitting at a dealership while they tried to sort it out. If it was just a half inch I would probably be fine, but an inch is visible at a passing glance and drives me nuts.

I saw some posts from some Aussie suspension shops in this forum with a ton of RR experience so I was hoping one of them would happen across this thread and weigh in since everyone (including Ford) is just guessing I guess.
