    i got 2 quotes today from dealers. First one was 74k (out the door price, including financing) Second is $70k in cash price

    I am more upset then worried. I'm walking into a dealer saying take my money. What happens after? Your total OTD price is $68k blah blah blah. (not including the finance part)

    This is the exact issue I run into with every local dealer. start at 58k. end at 66k or so not including all the closing costs. Do I walk? or pay the price?

    In my opinion, i think paying 60 to 70k for a RR is much better option then paying $50k for Maverick Tremor. This is my main arguement. But it still bugs me that I have to overpay for a RR. Regardless of what truck I end up with. I am not being offered any real discount or .......

    Here in California, your looking at 10 to 12% in charges for tax, title, license, finance etc.

    Originally I was interested in a Ford Maverick Tremor, even with those, they weren't willing do offer any real deals. They are all just sitting on the lots collecting dust. One dealer tried to sell me a 2024 Maverick tremor with no discounts. It;s like saying the dealers wont let you drive off...

    Let's just say I find one. Priced to 60k obo. After tax title license and finace so and so. That would put it to $70k. Being able to find one at msrp or no markup sounds reasonable. But when you add the markup in. It really messes with the truck being affordable.

    I don't mind ordering, I have been looking at the market every day. I haven't been able to find one that isn't marked up near me.
