I did the Same Purchase.for my 26 RR....from Amazon, My Holes Matched Up almost perfect.. 1 or 2 where about a 1/16 off but no big deal, with the Tailgate Liner,and I just had to trim the Top for The Tail Gate Ruler ..

I found that If I switch the drive mode selector after pressing the R mode, the Red R Appears in the back of the pick up bed..

I saw a YouTube Video, were you had to double click the R button to get it to Activate, Will have to try that..

Why Does The (R - Raptor Mode )..only show on the left side of the dash , and not in the back of the Pick-up Truck..with the Red R... Is there a trick to to get to show the Red R in the back of the Pick-up Bed..I know I must be do something wrong..
