As stated in the thread title, non-beadlock capable wheels for sale taken off of a 2025 Ranger raptor. $500. Wheels have roughly 1500 miles them. Located in the 757 of Virginia. Prefer not to ship but will meet locally. TPMS is not included, but valve stems are installed.
Running it along the bottom was easy. Just pull the weatherstripping from the bottom of the doors and push it into the gap. Then push the weatherstripping back in. There’s room to fish it under and thru the trim at the bottom of the B pillar to it from front to back. Mine comes up from the...
There are videos on you tube showing how to remove that trim piece. The one by flapperdoopin shows how to handle the two plastic keepers on the back side which are there to keep the trim piece from blowing into your face if the air bag deploys.
if there is an interference it’ll be where the cable crosses to the door from the head liner. I ran mine along the bottom of the doors in the gap under the weather stripping after tying it off above the air bag to the A pillar wire way under that trim piece.
Great write up! Thank you for taking the time to do this. Just a thought. Take it for what you think it’s worth. The picture of the A pillar trim pulled back (pic 11 I think). That cable where it crosses from the head liner to the gap under the door weather stripping appears like it might...
The country side is amazing from the road. People asked why we didn’t fly out west and rent a car. I enjoy driving and wanted to see it from the road. It took us 22 days averaging a little over 400 miles a day. We didn’t have two months to make more stops and spend more time at various...
Have a safe and fun drive man. The wife and i did something similar last year in our 4runner before we bought the Raptor. We left SE Virginia and drove thru West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. We stopped in Moab, Vegas...
I haven't had the Raptor on the sand yet. Took my Rubi out many times. But you shouldn't need to do anything for beach driving other than air down, turn on 4WD and turn off traction control. I've never had to engage the lockers on the beach.
ETA: I read the section in the manual that excludes...
I powered mine from the rear-view mirror, so it's got no power when the engine is off. But I tucked the rear camera cable into the gap along the head liner over to the driver's side A-pillar. Removed that A-pillar trim piece and zip-tied it above and out of the way of the air bag to an existing...
I’m curious about that torque spec. Was that for the Mustang? I believe the Ranger manual calls for 100 ft-lbs. 150 seems like a lot for a wheel lug. Just curious.
