So far, its been about 800 miles sound free. They replaced the whole driveshaft assembly, it was the slip joint causing the sound.

I was curious about that too.

Well, they said it was the driveshaft slip joint. So far so good, time will tell.

Going to pick up my Truck in about 2 hours. They completed the new driveshaft replacement and have since road tested, and my Service advisor took it for a short drive (heat of the day) and did not have issues. I live about 15 miles away and it'll be nice and warm so time will tell!

I just found another thread here on the forums, that references the Propeller shaft (which is apparently part of the full assembly as ordered)

There isnt an official recall or TSB or anything. There was apparently a TSB and a recall both related to the driveshaft assembly for the bronco.
