Ive had both, prefer the nimbleness and parkability of the rraptor. Its size makes it easy to maneuver, park, and its fits in a garage easily. It easily handles 80+ and stays planted well. You have to remember this is a heavy truck with a widened stance. I had a 24 and now have a 26. If I didnt...
Prices are mkt driven. Little inventory, but large population leads to high prices.
Where i am is more rural with lower population. I pd $500 over invoice.
Lots of stops and starts in town, 13 to 14
Few stops in town 14 to 15
Hwy over 70 16.5 to 17
Hwy under 70 17.5 to 18.5
If driving into heavy wind on hwy mpg gets even worse.
THE raptor has a performance engine, but what really limits its mpg is the 4.27 rear axle ratio.

Crazily... it sounds great..but they reduced many rebates and many vehicles are now higher than before employee pricing.
Ran into that today helping a friend buy a maverick. Was 1000 more today due to the reduction in rebates from yesterday. Fortunately the dealer is a friend and gave up part...
