To be honest, I don’t feel like the 18 gallon tank is a huge loss. My 92 F150 has a 19 gallon tank with the 5.8, and tbh going to the gas station once a week isn’t a huge killer. I feel like this another nitpick that people are trying to ride on.

That’s pretty interesting. I love my 8ft bed f150 for work, but our maverick has been pretty useful for grocery getting. I’m still playing with the idea of the 5ft bed being useful, but I think there’s some value in that size.

I’m still holding out hope for the 6ft bed option. I’m sure at this point we won’t get it till the next model year or farther, but it doesn’t hurt to hope. I’m definitely going to be in the market for the Tacoma now though, seeing as we know that we will get more from Toyota.
