I never found the source, but it's been considerably less noticeable since getting an alignment. The shop verified that all parts were reinstalled correctly and they weren't able to replicate the noise. I've pretty much tuned it out at this point.

Thanks! I can't say with 100% confidence, but I'm almost certain the spacer diameter and bolt pattern are the same front to rear. Hopefully someone else can chime in and validate that for you.

My understanding is that if you don't recalibrate your ride height sensors, the headlights will auto adjust to the correct height. I did recalibrate the ride height sensors, so the truck updated the "home" position of the headlights, and they were pointing way high.

Sounds like this could become a very expensive and frustrating issue for owners down the road.

Just wanted to put out a quick public service announcement... Be VERY careful not to strip the vertical adjusters on your headlights! I tried to adjust mine after installing strut spacers on my Raptor and noticed the driver's side headlight was not moving up or down. Not sure if I stripped it...

Probably not. I don't imagine the power output from an NA 5.0 would be much different than the V6 with the procal tune. The V8 rumble would be awesome, but not enough to justify it financially.
