Thanks for the help guys, I did reach out to one of the techs at Ford performance and funny enough my stealership never actually installed my tune, so waiting on the dude we contacted to get back to me before I move with the next steps.
Also when I go into the programing menu and go into "performance cals" it says "no calibrations found" but when I go to "return to stock" it says there is a stock file.
How can I check to see if the procal I bought was actually installed by the dealer, I read somewhere that there should be a "FP" in my device info (there isn't one) I also read that the boost pressure should be around 22-25 psi, which of course it wasn't max was 18.9, I just wanna make sure I...
So final update:
Just got the truck back yesterday, they found there was a small cut in the lower body harness that was causing all the lights in my video. All better now!!

So recently everytime I've taken my raptor to a car wash or it's been rainy, my raptor would majorly malfunction like water is getting somewhere it isn't supposed to, I took it to a dealer less then a week ago to have it solved but when I took it in at the time the lights would already be gone...
Hmm, Ive been asking ford chat and my salesperson for about a week now and I've been told by both of them that its just sitting at its final destination since the 12th, really frustrating waiting on my truck to get here when the "final destination" before my dealer is a hour drive away.
I recently texted my saleperson about my truck not being here because its been sitting in its "final destination" for a week now, he sent me this image and said he didnt know what it was, can anyone explain what this is?
