How can I check to see if the procal I bought was actually installed by the dealer, I read somewhere that there should be a "FP" in my device info (there isn't one) I also read that the boost pressure should be around 22-25 psi, which of course it wasn't max was 18.9, I just wanna make sure I dont call my ford dealer tomorrow and yell at them for no reason if it really is installed.

How long has the tune been installed for? It needs a few weeks of driving to fully learn and adapt

boost pressure relies on a number of parameters, like air temp, altitude and fuel octane. Not saying it isn’t installed but it’s not enough to go off just boost pressure to confirm the tune

Also when I go into the programing menu and go into "performance cals" it says "no calibrations found" but when I go to "return to stock" it says there is a stock file.

Might want to reach out to Ford performance, tech support, I did for other reasons and they were very helpful for me. Good luck. I believe you should notice big changes in the way it shifts in sport mode if I'm not mistaken as well.

Load the tune your self.
If the tune is installed tell it to return to stock .
Then reload the performance tune.

It doesn’t come on the device. You need to download from online to the device before installing. If it’s not on the device it probably wasn’t installed.

Anyone know if once you remove the Procal tune from your ECU if you can then sell the box to somone, or the device locked to your VIN?

I am starting the process with ZFG and have removed the Procal tune to get my baseline reading and would like to recover some of my costs for the Procal, and hopefully offer someone a decent deal on it, versus buying from Ford or elsewhere.

It's locked to your VIN permanently, unfortunately. It will show up on a Ford OASIS report making extended warranties a no go for you or any future buyer.
This is one example of many why a third party tune like ZFG, Livernois etc. is a better proposition.
