Ford Procal Performance Tune Installed!

My truck is dead, instrument cluster went haywire while driving and now Forscan cannot communicate with the PCM.

Does the tune have any correlation to those issues? I'd expect the tune to have more of an impact to the engine/transmission no?

i would bet its not from the procal. maybe a forscan issue or something came loose under the dash?

The tune flashes the PCM.

but it was running fine and out of nowhere died? thats not from the procal and probably not from forscan either, thinking about it. i would look for something loose or maybe a bad battery?

Had issues ever since flashing, then probably 200 miles later it died.

It is under warranty and the battery voltage is fine. It is at the dealer.

At least if the dealer installed you have full warantee. I payed extra to have the procal delivered and installed at my dealership I have a good relationship with.
Hopefully they get it sorted out and back on the road ASAP!

oh man, hopefully its jsut a corrupt install and they can reflash to good.

thats a huge bummer. i really hope its fixed easily and quickly

Guys goodmorning, Happy Easter to you all. I have Ranger Raptor from Thailand living in the Caribbean. However my friend and I purchased a Procal for his RR and mine hasn’t come in yet. He is having trouble with his. It says to contact Dealership. However we have a Thailand RR, our Dealer have not yet played with his Procal Performance Tune. I am the Operation Director at the Dealer, my garage Manager has not yet played with it. Can I get any help from you guys so I can help my friend out. Thank you so much, any help is well appreciated.

Had to be a little different and I figured the S&B CAI had to be worth an extra 5hp. lol

Please don't judge me for my piss poor application quality control. My wife makes me aware, on nearly a daily freakin basis, the right side one isn't really placed perfectly. This is her truck so naturally it's a bigass issue to her because I can assure you if I did this to mine she wouldn't even notice.
