it has different programing in the transmission since its a different purpose vehicle, and alos take into account the weight is significantly different too. I have a lincoln aviator with the same engine and the feling is different vs the ranger raptor.

I would go with the 3.5L TT for reasonable upgrade, the 5.0 would be nice but not sure if it would fit the current chasis

even with a tuned RR at 500HP I think there is still room for the chassis and suspension to handle another 100-200HP nicely, you would certainly need beter on-road tires do it safely.

did you change anything in the fueling system for the 93 octane run?, fuel pump, injectors, etc? or was it just the upgraded turbos and sw tuning?

I would tune it to 93 octane and see what it does there, while the rest of the parts arrive to boost it up some more.

Hi, I dynoed the truck with the chip only and then with the intercooler and meth. I did not see any significant gains with the larger IC, the reason may be that the program I have from JB4 raises the boost only 5-6 psi, that may be not enough to raise the intake temps to a level that starts...

I have cold air intake too, but that and the intercooler but that did not provide any gains at the dyno, only consistency on the whp levels run after run. My exhaust system is completely stock because I don't like excessively noisy exhausts, in my experience upgraded downpipes and so on give you...

In my case the dyno showed ~350whp stock, and went up to ~420whp after tuning, larger IC, and meth injection. I expect with the larger turbos you should get at least 450-460whp.
