  1. MyView Resets

Same for me, weekly reset to trip mode. My view settings are still there so I can just select it again without much issue.
  2. Larger tires fuel economy

I am running 315/70/17 Maxis MT. Have done about 35,000km on them If I cruise around very gently, think grandma speeds, on B roads, stay under 80km/h, then I can get fuel consumption as low as 12.5L/100. If I drive normally then I get around 17.5 L/100. The car has a steel bullbar, winch and...
  3. DIY subwoofer install: 8" JL 3wc3 and custom box

Awesome, keep us posted on progress
  4. Keeping temps down

I did some data logging of charge air temperature vs ambient. Initial findings are that it seems Fords strategy is to modulate the intercooler shutter operation in response to engine load. It's definitely not ideal because it doesn't keep the shutter open until charge air temps return to...
  5. Keeping temps down

That makes a lot of sense. I will go ahead and trial removing the stutters and see what happens to intake temps. I have seen up to 75 degrees c intake with only 20 degrees ambient so I don't trust that the shutters are closed at times that they should be open. May see if I can find a PID for...
  6. Premium Fuel?

    Very interesting read, thankyou
  7. Keeping temps down

I put one of these trans coolers on mine, I also didn't like temperatures of 95c and peaks of 110c or more. Since putting the cooler in it now ranges between 65 and 90c. No adverse effects after 17000km. The charge air temps are also an issue, before installing a new intercooler i want to...
  8. Positive stories on Delivery and first miles?

Ranger Raptor with 17,000km and 6 months since purchase, no issues.
  9. Whistling noise

I have noticed the air vents in the cabin can whistle at times. Maybe try turning the fan speed down next time it's happening as a quick check.
  10. White Item Between Cab and Truck Box

Mine only has the louvred vent on the drivers side (Australia). I know this for sure because I pulled mine apart to install metal fly screen material over the vent to prevent mice getting in. I found one in my glovebox... The louvres are very easy for them to push open, another member posted...
  11. White Item Between Cab and Truck Box

It sits immediately behind the cabin air vent arrangement (these are the louvers that allow air to leave the cabin), I would suggest it is there for sound deadening purposes.
  12. Newest B&O sound system quality

2023 Ranger Raptor in Australia, I have been very happy with mine. Perfectly adequate sound quality, clarity and Volume. Of course there will be audiophiles out there that will want more but it's the best stock audio system I have had so far. No complaints at my end.
  13. Feeling Ratty. Rear bulkhead.

Thanks for the effort to write this up and give us a warning. I have had something similar happen in am old Nissan Patrol, they chewed through the gear shift boot and cause similar issues once they got into the cabin. Will keep an eye on my vent and possibly look to put some metal mesh over it.
  14. Raptor wastegate stuck closed

Has anyone experienced wastegate issues on a 2024 Ranger raptor 3.0 Ecoboost? I had code P25B6 come up with the vehicle then going into limp mode with reduced power and no boost. This code is described as Wastegate B stuck closed. Cleared the code and have driven for a couple of hours since...
