I tried the onboard nav for S&Gs and it was horrible. Google maps is so far superior to the Ford nav that was absolutely not an option.

As a work around, I was able to get it working by side loading an older version of AA downloaded from apkmirror. Make sure to turn off auto update for AA on its Google Play store page.

A few times a week I have to restart my phone to get the truck to connect to Android Auto. It always connects right away to calling and audio over bluetooth using the trucks UI instead of the Android Auto UI.
