How to get refund for 110v/12v plug in bed?

Dude Your dealer sucks! Why have they NOT ordered the parts for you and fixed this issue
why? Because they suck .... Name the dealer so we can shame them on Ranger6g.com

They ordered the part but the system on their end shows “back ordered”.
I went to another dealer since I was tired of waiting and they confirmed the same thing it showed on their end.

I got a 25
xlt w/ 301a and high tech package and it doesn't have the power supplies.

25 xlt 300. I got the wireless charger, and side csrgo lights and 110v plug in the bed, 12v is at the plug on the frame. I just need a 24 bed panel.

Power supplies were standard features on '24 models.
Staring with '25, they became and add on "convenience package", convenient for Ford to charge an extra $570. You would do better with adding your own.

I dont have the convenience package add on. they must of just started it, it was standard on Canadian rangers. my build info even says "less convenience pack" and further down shows cargo lights, wireless charger, and powerpoints. and the fordpro canada site still shows it as standard equipment. truck was a dealer stock order.

I do see the ford canada build and price site now shows it as an option, it never did back in april.

I bugged them again about it, and lo and behold, they're in stock now. Let's see if they actually follow up and call when the part comes in.
