Okay, read the owners manual, watched some YouTube videos and now you’re my last hope.
The way I understand it, with the truck on the 110 outlet in the bed and the other outlet in the cab should come on (lights up to show it’s on).

I know it won’t power a tv or power tool, but I’m trying to see if it will inflate an air mattress (should pull about 100-120w)
is there a switch that needs enabled to allow power to the outlets? Owners manual states in park it should supply 400w and in drive 300w.
I don’t want to go to dealership acting like a dummy fooled by the outlet.
Any help or videos is appreciated.

I never did anything but I haven't used the one in the bed yet. I have used the one in the rear part of the center console. I just plug my phone in and go.

Engine has to be running.
I just checked with a small fan.

It can be in park or I assume drive but I haven’t tried the latter.

the light will come on

I put in a 12v usb c plug in the bed to charge a little sprayer that I use at the beach

You should have no problem running a mattress pump. Just make sure the truck is running, so that the alternator is producing power.

Thanks for the pictures, I’m not getting the light coming on so wasn’t sure if I was missing something. From what I read it doesn’t have to be in park necessarily for that to happen so may have to swing by dealer to see if there an issue.

I run a small refrigerator in the bed when I do long trips. Works great. Truck just has to be running. No need to be in park.

Update, my ac/dc converter is getting replaced. Glad I checked it before I left on a trip.

I only was able to use the 110v once (with a low wattage air mattress, way below the 400w max) and never worked again.
Maybe I accidentally turn off something that allow power to the outlet (I wonder is there’s a toggle in the settings or something else?).

Btw, I tried it several times after driving for a while, putting the truck in park while leaving it running. And no power.

From my research when it happened there is no switch. It’s just always available. There is definitely a fuse somewhere but when service checked my truck there was no issues, thus the need for a new converter. Also, parts still haven’t come in 2 months later
