Mine did that also after the BCM update. Cycled the ignition a couple of times, pulled it out of the garage and it went away. Iāve driven it a couple of days and it didnāt come back.

I had mine done last Thursday. Pulled into the service bay at 7:00 AM. Didnāt have time to finish my dealer cup of coffee. I pulled out of the bay at 7:24. It must have only taken 15 minutes or so to complete.
Iām recommending it. It has worked fine for every oil change since the first one and four since. It directs the oil straight downward without making such a mess. No other parts or tools required other than a straight blade screwdriver.
OP, since youāre convinced thicker is better oil, why donāt you drain your axles of that thin 90w oil and add 140w gear oil while youāre at it. Must be good, right?
You can be the first. I'm not arrogant enough to think I'm smarter than the engineers who designed the motor. Clearances and such are designed to run with a specific oil viscosity. The manufacturers have a Corporate Average Fuel Economy number they have to meet. They design for that. I doubt...
I don't know, I have alway renewed all the options. I use them occasionally as well as CarPlay. I do like having all the options available. They aren't that expensive.
