  1. ANY INDEPENDENT DYNO TESTS DONE ON COLD AIR INTAKES FOR RR 3.0?

I just installed the K&N CAI and I already had the FP tune on my 2.3. While I don't have any dyno charts to backup anything, there's a difference but I don't think it is what K&N advertises. It's definitely louder. K&N advertises some lower rpm gains but I think it's more throttle response...
  2. Exhaust Tip

Installed that Ford Performance one on my 2.3L and it fits perfect.
  3. Ford performance rims

Thanks. Those are the Gatorback ones from Ford accessories - expensive but they have held up well on our '22.
  4. Ford performance rims

I've probably got 1/8". No rubbing anywhere. I haven't aired down or anything outside of recommended psi.
  5. Anyone put the Lariat trim on the instrument cluster?

There are 4 clips that hold it in. I used a small screwdriver to pop them loose. Two clips on each side.
  6. Anyone put the Lariat trim on the instrument cluster?

Installed the driver side Lariat trim yesterday. Not too bad of an install. The panel below the steering wheel pulls out. The small trim piece in the middle pulls out. The trim piece itself was not bad to pull off. Transfer your clips and the air vent. I removed the ambient lighting. Everything...
  7. Lariat Top Glove Box Install on XLT

Unfortunately, this is just the result of different production lots or different manufacturers for different parts of the dash. There's only only one part number for the main dash assembly across all trims. This is a picture of my stock driver's side trim. Three different colors and textures...
  8. Anyone put the Lariat trim on the instrument cluster?

I think that's part of the ambient light wiring. If it's not on the XLT piece, I'll probably remove it.
  9. Anyone put the Lariat trim on the instrument cluster?

Here's the Lariat cluster trim piece. There are no clips so you'll need to transfer them from the one you removed. You'll also need to transfer the vent - looks like four clips.
  10. Anyone put the Lariat trim on the instrument cluster?

I received that trim piece yesterday. I checked it for damage real quick and can tell you it will be a little more involved than the passenger side. No clips are on it but I think the ones from the passenger dash can be repurposed. I'll try to post some pictures later.
  11. Ford performance rims

It's widened the contact patch some and the tire is a little stiffer having that extra bit of wheel underneath. I don't get as much float on the front end which I thought was interesting.
  12. Lariat Top Glove Box Install on XLT

After spending some time in eCat, there are at least 20 different versions of the main wiring harness. There are then some accessory feeds that match up with the upper trim levels but it doesn't look like you will find anything existing in the lower trims. Of course this doesn't mean you...
  13. Lariat Top Glove Box Install on XLT

Trac Update: Tracking says drivers side trim should be here Tuesday.
  14. Lariat Top Glove Box Install on XLT

I ordered it last Friday. Waiting for it to ship.
  15. Lariat Top Glove Box Install on XLT

It's listed as 60220 on the exploded view. I've got access to Ford's ecat system and that's how I found the actual part number. Retail price is $184 but most online sites have it in the $120s.
  16. Lariat Top Glove Box Install on XLT

This should be the instrument cluster trim piece.
  17. Blackout Ford badges installed

You need to remove the grille only. Once you remove the trim pieces for the radiator cover on top, you just need to remove the grille. No bolts, just a bunch of clips. I didn't need to disconnect the camera. The badge has two nuts on the back you can access once the grille is loose. Everything...
