I just installed the K&N CAI and I already had the FP tune on my 2.3. While I don't have any dyno charts to backup anything, there's a difference but I don't think it is what K&N advertises. It's definitely louder. K&N advertises some lower rpm gains but I think it's more throttle response...

I've probably got 1/8". No rubbing anywhere. I haven't aired down or anything outside of recommended psi.

There are 4 clips that hold it in. I used a small screwdriver to pop them loose. Two clips on each side.

Unfortunately, this is just the result of different production lots or different manufacturers for different parts of the dash. There's only only one part number for the main dash assembly across all trims. This is a picture of my stock driver's side trim. Three different colors and textures...

I think that's part of the ambient light wiring. If it's not on the XLT piece, I'll probably remove it.

Here's the Lariat cluster trim piece. There are no clips so you'll need to transfer them from the one you removed. You'll also need to transfer the vent - looks like four clips.

I received that trim piece yesterday. I checked it for damage real quick and can tell you it will be a little more involved than the passenger side. No clips are on it but I think the ones from the passenger dash can be repurposed. I'll try to post some pictures later.

It's widened the contact patch some and the tire is a little stiffer having that extra bit of wheel underneath. I don't get as much float on the front end which I thought was interesting.

After spending some time in eCat, there are at least 20 different versions of the main wiring harness. There are then some accessory feeds that match up with the upper trim levels but it doesn't look like you will find anything existing in the lower trims. Of course this doesn't mean you...

It's listed as 60220 on the exploded view. I've got access to Ford's ecat system and that's how I found the actual part number. Retail price is $184 but most online sites have it in the $120s.

You need to remove the grille only. Once you remove the trim pieces for the radiator cover on top, you just need to remove the grille. No bolts, just a bunch of clips. I didn't need to disconnect the camera. The badge has two nuts on the back you can access once the grille is loose. Everything...
