Interesting that the Ford Service Technician also had a hard time with the connector. Finding and unlatching the connector was not the issue for any of those that tried to remove the connector.

The local dealership installed my 4DTech on Tuesday. Interesting, they also commented on how difficult it was to seperate the connectors. Eveything works fine now and I don't have to suffer the auto shut-down followed my a stumbling start. Definitely worth the hundred dollars.

I have an appointment with the local dealership to have the 4DTech installed tomorrow morning. My sons were up to see me on Father's Day and I thought one of them might be able to install it. At 6'4" and 6'7" I was reaching for the moon. Anyway, points will cover the hour of installation.
