I have Ranger XL,, no Raptor. But I've always been curious about a ecciost 5.0. I know the 5.0 is not designed for it. But there are quite a few aftermarket supercharged 5. 0 engines around.

Mine is a 25, I bought in Nov. From what I recall, some 26 models affected? Have to check recall details again. I havent heard if anyone in rhe forum having issues with this engine, yet.

Looked up my VIN, this recall not listed for my truck. Recall for sunvisor and I just got the recall for the seat mount. Minor stuff compared to engine issues. These recalls are just irritating, not a major issue.

I have a 93 f150 5.0 ,bought relatively new. 160k plus. Its having some problems ,but its wear n tear or age issues, not defective parts.

25 2wd with rear locker has a physical button.

I havent tested it specifically but I suspect my 25 XL has it. This is only based on the difference in my truck and my 14 camry sitting on a hill. The camry is a lot more prone to roll back on a hill than my truck. This is seat of the pants only.

Thks for the ino. Its no surprise but the groups are new to me. I also will do only light, infrequent Towing. Not a issue.

No commuting or towing. But 98% in town,/suburbs. My annual mileage will be similar. Prb go with blend at least 1st oil change. Will change again pretty soon. Off topic , but getting 20 mpg. Hoping for a little better, but not bad w starts/stops and avg 23 mph. Sure beats 13 t 14 in my 93 f150...
