2nd issue with 24 STX 4x4.

Took my new Ranger back to the dealer to get the alignment set properly, it wasn't off horribly bad, but enough to notice. Was fixed with no issue. Now the fog lamps are not functioning properly. When making a left, or right turn the corresponding fog lamp will illuminate until the steering wheel is centered again. Not only that, but the drivers side fog lamp seems to have a mind of its own, and turns 'on' randomly when I've not activated the switch. Minor annoyances for sure, I'm sure the foglight issue will be repaired, but seems Quality Control needs to tighten up a bit @ Michigan Assembly.

This is a feature called Cornering lights. When your car detects you turning, it illuminates that side to give you better visibility. It's been a ford feature for probably a decade by now.

Question on fog lamps.

I have a 25 xl with standard fog ligJTs. Truck has 5 k miles. Ive had it for about 7 months. A couple of times. Once when I was driving once someone else. Only 1 light on, the left one that ive noticed. At other times neither of them are on. My headlights are set for auto. Is this a feature or a problem?? I didn't think the cornering fog lamps were available on the XL? Occasionally i still find a new feature.

My xl has the lights that come on when turning if my fog lights are in the off position. When on, the fog lights are always in so no turning lights.

So turning lights are a xl feature also, based on steering wheel position. Ill have to experiment
Thought this was only on xlt trim n higher.

The Lariat's and Raptor's have a dedicated turning lamp in the headlight housing.
