Do any of you know the size of the plastic rivets/expandable screws that go in the fender trim and mud guards on the 6th gen Rangers? I need to buy a set.

I think that would likely help, but what seemed to help mine was to drive around in Eco mode for a couple of days and going easy on the accelerator. That seemed to tame the adaptive leaning so that normal mode had less pronounced shifts.

Get some touch up paint - Scratches Happen is the best I've found. Then apply some clear door edge guard (XPel is excellent and cheap on Amazon) to the edge of the hood so you don't accidentally do it again.
