I didnt realize you have a 2026. I have a 2025 and the caps are thicker so the thicker foam was required. Sorry it didnt work for you.
  4. Water leaks from bed rail caps.

Nope. The depth ranges from 5/8-3/4" Different as you go from front to back. If the piece is too thick it bulges the center of the cap up. You can cut it with a really sharp knife. I used a fish fillet knife.

  7. 2025 2.7L engine replacement

Check out the Bronco Forums. Its been happening way before the 24 Ranger was around. There are hundreds of cases on there. Some owners had them replaced (its an engine removal) only for them to fail again after a few thousand miles.

On my 2025 Lariat you just use a long phillips head screwdriver. It takes a lot of turning to get the beam to come up or down.
  10. 2025 Lariat silver front valance paint code

Has anyone had success finding a matching paint code for this silver front valance. I am trying to touch up some rock chips and have tried Honda NH623M Satin silver and Ford UX Ingot silver mentioned in other posts. They are both too dark. No, I don't want to paint it black. Thanks!

I sliced it thinner with a fillet knife
  14. Water leaks from bed rail caps.

I meant 3/4' gap between the plastic cap and the top of the metal bed.
  15. Water leaks from bed rail caps.

Its about 3/4 to the top of the bed rail but it varies from front to back. I cut them slightly thicker and larger than the hole and worked them in.
  16. Water leaks from bed rail caps.

Holding up well. I still get a little water dripping down the inside of the bed that blows up under the bed caps when it rains. I would need to remove those caps and seal all the holes to eliminate that.
