This code on the back of the bcm and the card over the fuses bcm the does not work, as there is no physical connection with the keypad to the bcm. The card in the glove box that looks like this is the one for the wireless pad.

If it looks something like this then it is the wrong card. This card only works with a hardwired keypad. EIther the wireless keypad card was lost. Or the dealer mistakenly tossed it. There is a way for the dealer to retrieve the actual code. Tell them SSM 52476
