This is working as intended per the design.
There is no physical connection from the bcm to the keypad. The keypad functions like the old 3/4 button fobs. No amount of going through the touchscreen will add a code to the keypad. Unless you wire a lin based keypad and configure the bcm to see it...
This code on the back of the bcm and the card over the fuses bcm the does not work, as there is no physical connection with the keypad to the bcm.
The card in the glove box that looks like this is the one for the wireless pad.
They suck closed, not open when the fan is active and the vehicle is at a stop. Thats why they pivot away from cooler. Thus the fan aids in cooling it at a stop.
Wagner has mounting points on it to reuse and provides additional foam sealing in step 7
As for the instructions not having the two...
Fits and seals against the cooling fan shroud and allows the fans to pull air through all of the components and not suck in air from the engine bay. The rear shutters open under enough air pressure.
Its why the process west kit includes a fan shroud seal plate.
Its a combination of tension on the seat belt and a hydraulic bladder in the seat that connects with a hose to the OCSM. Based on the pressure it calculates the weight of the occupant and disables or enables the passenger air bags.
If its the truck i think it is; bigger spooly boys, higher powered squirting, rear explosion ducting and some software molesting. Other things waiting in the shadows.
So it does have the hexadecimal strings with the three barcodes. Ask them to reprogram it, if that doesn't work get the dealer to look up SSM 52476.

If it looks something like this then it is the wrong card. This card only works with a hardwired keypad. EIther the wireless keypad card was lost. Or the dealer mistakenly tossed it. There is a way for the dealer to retrieve the actual code. Tell them SSM 52476
