I just bought this cover last month for $650.00 as it was marked down from either $700.00 or $750.00. A week later the regular price was $599.99 as it is now. Oh, well. Things happen. I'm very pleased with mine and installation was a breeze! I highly recommend it!
Lone Ranger, the distance between the bottom of the lower tray and the floor of the well is right at 3½". Keep in mind the usable space in the lower tray is minimal...think ink pens, etc.
I have this tray set and it fits perfectly. I keep a charging cord plugged in so it can be a bit bothersome getting below the lower tray. They're sturdy enough so I'll be notching out the corners at the access holes so that I can remove either or both trays more easily.
