2025 RR - HP Tuners RTD4 (No controller read)?

I currently am trying to get my HP Tuners RTD4 to read the stock tune file on my 25 RR. I have tried multiple times with the vehicle in different locations (all with strong Cellular/Wifi service) but always get the same result. The RTD4 will read codes and show connected, however if you go to Flash/Read Vehicle, it always ends with "No controller read".

I have been unsuccessful with figuring out what this means and how to correct it. I have been working with my tuner and they are not sure either as usually it seams to take a few times then it works. However I have tried 10+ times so we logged a ticket to HP Tuners as well. I currently have not heard back from them (fingers crossed).

So my question is if anyone has had experience with this issue and if so and guidance on what it means and how you were able to correct it?

Update - HP Tuners released an update for my device and now all works as expected. We had done a resync with the RTD4 before thinking that may have been the issue. It didn't change anything. Today after the update we did a resync again and viola.
