After 26 days in shop... fix was front hubs manufacturing defect issue (creating loud metallic "whirring" noise)

After 26 days in dealers shop, I finally got my 2024 Ranger Lariat home. They initially could not find what was making a loud metallic “whirring” noise. Finally tracked it down to both front hubs. Had to replace both. Less than 2000 miles on truck. Apparently manufacturing defect. Anyone else have an issue like this.
Dealer paid for rental car and Ford extended warranty to 5 years or 50 K.

I had the same problem at 3000 miles with 2024 ranger 2.3 XLT FX4 4X4. Took 2 days to fix.

Mine sounds like what your describing I have an appointment Monday to look at it . and I keep getting a text alert telling to start my truck because the battery is low also

They just replaced my front drive line for a screeching/bird chirping sound after it heated up by driving on the freeway @10k miles. They replaced the front hub at @3k.
Regarding the battery don't have any accessories connected to the battery. System is very sensitive to any power drain. Had a rodent protector hooked up and keep getting a low battery mssg. Unhooked all is good.

Mine is at the dealer now for the front hubs and battery low warning text . They said battery is fine but I get the alerts everyday . They put a hearing device around the front hub to identify the whirling sound like a bad Speedo cable. The next day I asked why is it in the parking lot . They tell me Hubs on order wont get my truck back for a week

Had the same problem with my 2024 2.3 XLT FX4 4X4 at 4k miles . Dealer Replaced the left front hub in 2 days. At 9ķ they had to replace left front axle. Fixed it the next day. Been great since.
