Anyone having trouble keeping alignment?

At 12,000 Miles I am coming up on alignment #11. Everything stays within spec except the toe which is constantly wandering off the mark. I have driven this thing with a steering wheel crooked to the left more often than having it straight. It has been to the dealership twice and they found no issues each time. I certainly wheel this thing, however the toe won't stay set even after driving on the street to and from work. Hell, it cannot even handle a dirt road at 25mph without cooking the alignment. I feel like I am losing my mind lol

That's a odd one. I wonder if the jam nut on the tie rod end not holding or something going on within the steering rack.
