I finally had time to wrap this up, just waiting on a fuse from Mouser but I already tested it. Since the Pirate Camp under bonnet mount was pretty much unobtainable in the US I made my own. I ended up making 4 parts, a bracket that fits under the air box and connects to an un-used hole in the right front fender, a bracket that bolts to an unused threaded hole on the brake line bracket on the frame rail, a bracket on the right side inner fender and finally a mounting platform. After getting all my angles correct using 1/4-20 bolts with Nylocks I then tacked them so they can't move. I also welded all the bolts in place so the nuts can be installed with a single wrench. It is very solid and actually has more support than the Pirate Camp one. I didn't like it without the frame rail support as it allowed movement as the thin metal on the inner fender flexed, the extra support eliminated all flex and movement. The entire assembly is also totally removeable leaving no trace.

For the relay coil power I used circuit 92 which is a spare 10 amp acc circuit blunted off in the driver's kick panel. I ran this out to the switch under the hood. I made up a bracket that fits around the coolant bottle and attaches under one of the bottle's bolts for the relay. I will connect main power to the battery high current tap when my fuse gets here. This is exactly how I set it up in my Jeep and it works great, except in the Jeep I didn't have to make up the mount.

Was able to finish the wiring today as my fuse and fuse holder arrived last night. For anyone wondering, I did a test. I aired one of my stock tires from 35 PSI to 46 PSI in 60 seconds, so approximately 10 lbs per minute. This will be plenty for my usage as I usually air down to 15 or 20 which means I should be able to air back up all 4 in well under 15 minutes and the ARB single has a 30 minute duty cycle. I won't be able to air up my friends without letting it rest but they usually have their own air. I still have headroom for bigger tires as well.
