Crossbars rack using rooftop mounts - Options?

My last truck had a frontrunner rack on the cab, and I'm tired of trying to keep it clean underneath with all the rain we get in the PNW.

These new trucks have holes for racks, but I haven't seen anything for individual crossbar installs.

I'm thinking something like this, but it attaches to those holes.

Has anyone heard about options?

I've been looking too. Yakima's site doesn't show them as compatible with 4th Gen but I'd like something like their Skyline system. Keep the landing pads and just throw on the bars for the few times a year I haul my canoe. hopefully they or Thule will come out with something soon. The door frame mounts don't provide enough span between the bars.

Hopefully something will be available soon. I'm also looking for a crossbar setup, and would prefer not to get a full roof rack. Keeping my fingers crossed that Thule will come out with a Fixpoint for our trucks.

While some racks are aesthetically pleasing .... if you've ever had one, and parked under trees - cleaning underneath them can be a bit of a PITA. If you get the gist.

It seems maybe the opposite. Lots buying larger racks with side plates and light bars vs simple cross bars or easily removed.

I see the parts for a Sherpa solution but wonder about wind noise and how easy to remove. I visited an area paddle shop specializing in racks and inventory. They were certain Yakima SkyLine and LandingPad combo would work with a 4th generation but that is questionable with Yakima's two sites. When I use their more detailed configurator it does not give me a parts recipe for removable using the Tacoma roof mount points.
